趁锅热倒入泡好的昆布(抢锅气),接着开中大火煮

滚旁边起小泡泡就要立刻捞起昆布(不能滚唷)

接着到入柴鱼片熬煮3-5分钟后捞起(这时就是日式高汤了)若想要更入味可以熬煮关火后,将昆布、柴鱼片再放入,盖上锅盖闷泡几个小时,汤的味道更入味

接下来放入白萝卜加调味,水量为盖过萝卜的量就可以了

这道不算是汤品,因为熬煮到最后面的汤汁会越来越少(萝卜吸收了)喝起来就像吃怀石料理的感觉若懒得用锅熬煮萝卜可以用电锅来代替(外杯一杯水)
