准备所有食材:

先将新鲜的迷迭香业拔起,切细末(这样方式,会让迷迭香的味道更加的香喔)

将羊排均匀的抹虾Q(两面都要抹)再将黑胡椒,蒜末,细末迷迭香均匀地洒上再淋上红酒(要浸泡一夜,味道超棒的喔)注明一下:黑胡椒要用擀面棍擀过,才更能散发出它的香气,好入食材!(红酒要淹过羊排喔)

从冰箱取出浸泡一夜的羊排,热锅后涂抹上极少的奶油,将羊排两面干煎上色(约5分钟)

再将羊排送进烤箱上下火200度,约烤5~7分钟(请依个人烤箱的大小,及温度去掌控喔)

做红酒酱汁:(请都转小火做酱汁喔)将红葱头切细末,热锅放少许奶油,放入红葱头爆香,再加入玉桂粉略炒,再加入红酒,红糖(靠著锅边做即可才不会浪费食材,及瓦斯)

再加入味露拌匀(十滴)

最后加入少许地瓜粉(免调水喔)直接一小匙均匀地撒入拌匀,即可关火囉
