牛排切成片状,把中间大块油花切下来备用;新鲜大蒜也切成片

牛肉连同酱汁倒入平底锅,炒至八分熟(说是烤肉,其实是用炒的。友人说他们家有家用式烤盘,平面的烤盘将牛肉连同酱汁烤熟,原理跟跟平底锅差不多啦)

红萝卜切丝,下锅先炒软,加入调味料,软熟了之后再放菠菜叶,洒点芝麻
