用滤网过滤出豆浆,取所需的豆浆,趁热加上调味料之后放凉入冰箱冰镇,备用~

豆浆机可趁热清洗喔!因为干了之后会较不好清洗(ps:最新一代有轻松洗功能)~

烧热一锅水,将红萝卜丝.木耳丝.豆苗川烫,捞起后泡冷开水备用~

再来将面条煮熟后,过冰开水漂凉,洗去表面黏稠(面条会较有弹性喔)~

糖心蛋做法:将水煮滚后,加入一杯冷水跟鸡蛋,煮5分钟,记得要不停的用筷子翻动鸡蛋(可使蛋黄在中间),煮好后放入冷水泡凉再剥壳,切对半~

将培根煎香~
