炒出香味后...加入1鲜奶,与2鲜奶油(可留ㄧ些起锅在加)3加水...4放入饭5放入ㄧ些调味..盐.黑胡椒粒

伴炒后,调味后,试一下咸度,让隔夜白饭吸收锅里的水分...慢慢收干
