中筋面粉用米量杯倒好3杯入盆子里

准备好滚烫热水一杯

倒入中筋面粉里,因为很烫,所以我用滚面棒下去搅拌,然后再加入冷水半杯~~~

用手把面团揉成光滑面团,如果觉得面团太湿,可加一些面粉~~~揉好后,将面团放在干净的盆子里,盖上保鲜抹膜,松弛30分钟以上^_^

将松弛好的面团,放在台面,台面上撒些手粉比较不黏沾~~~

准备好,葱花 一小搓的盐 白胡椒粉~搅拌均匀~

就可将面团擀平~面皮上抹上些许的沙拉油于表面,擀成大大一片~!!!

再来把葱花撒在面皮上,适量就好,不需过多~看个人爱好

接着把面团卷起来~卷成长条状
