法式烘饼先将奶油加热融化(备用)

备一平底锅加入少许的奶油,开小火加热溶化后,用餐巾纸擦拭多余的油质(这地方不用太多油)取一瓢面糊倒入锅中,将摇晃平底锅,让面糊散开来较为匀称,待面糊边缘翘起,如图示
