地瓜削皮切块后,放入电锅中蒸软(要放一根筷子让锅盖留气孔,地瓜才不会含水太多喔!)至筷子可以轻松插入的程度,取出压成泥状~

再将豆渣.蛋黄.面粉过筛加入,拌匀~
