食材:鲜虾(数只)、香菇(3朵)、蛤蛎(随意)汤料:酸辣汤块*3(一块约两碗水)、香菜(一株)、柠檬汁(酸辣汤块本身就有酸度了,若喜欢更酸一点可以加)

酸辣汤块的味道有点接近椒痲的Fu~但却不怎么辣,而香菜是这道汤的灵魂

其实香菇的部份可以直接丢进滚烫的热水里,但我喜欢香菇咬起来有淡淡的奶油香,所以我用奶油先煎过
