先来制作(炼乳冻)材料是白开水&炼乳 1 : 1(约各用120cc)调成炼乳水~~~直接倒入制冰器中~~~放置冷冻库让它们结成炼乳冻

将水加热到快要滚开时~~~倒入牛奶~继续加热

再倒入鲜奶油~~~继续中小火加热过程要不停的搅拌

锅中的液体接近滚开状态~~~就可以熄火囉!!!砂糖可先与果冻粉混合~~~倒入液体中持续搅拌到糖的颗粒都完全溶解

将锅子移到冰水中~~~继续隔着冰水搅拌让锅中的牛奶液快速降温到约70~80度

将牛奶液倒入容器中

将结冻的炼乳冰敲出来

趁牛奶液尚未凝固前放入一块炼乳冰就可放入冰箱冷藏~
