肉片用开水冲洗后置入容器中,放入醃料 (若家里有烤肉酱也可以替代蜜汁排骨酱)

撒上香蒜黑胡椒粉(可不放),静置约10~15分钟醃渍入味(天气太热可先放入冰箱中)

将杏鲍菇切条状,葱切段,芦笋切段

起水锅,将杏鲍菇及芦笋先烫熟,加入鲜味炒手(或盐)增加咸味,水滚后约1~2分即可捞起

取一片五花肉,葱段约5支(杏鲍菇和芦笋的量可自行斟酌),每个肉卷的大小尽量一致

将3种食材分别卷起后备用(卷的时候要稍微回压,比较紧实)

热锅后放入少许的油,将肉卷放入(收口处那一面先煎),盖上锅盖闷煎
