先将烤模抹上薄薄一层奶油在洒上薄薄一层面粉~这样烤好时才好脱模~或著可以用烘焙纸剪好适合大小放在烤模中!

黄柠檬洗净擦干~用刨削皮屑的器具~刨好柠檬皮屑备用!只需要黄色部份~

将鸡蛋放入钢盆 糖一起打发~直到面糊垂下来时有明显纹路!

分多次加入面粉用打蛋器拌匀~手势要轻~以免消泡~!再把已融化的奶油慢慢加入面糊中拌匀即可

放入烤模~轻敲两下~再放入已预热180度的烤箱~烤35~40分~要看有没有烤透~拿竹签或筷子插入蛋糕内,抽起来如果是干净的就是烤好了~如果还有沾面糊~就代表还没烤熟!

烤好之后拿出~敲两下~倒扣在铁架上~就可以了^^
