将棉花糖奶液分装至杯模中(约装一半),再将杯模一边垫高倾斜,放凉后冷藏3小时定型

待白色奶酪定型后,再将剩下的200cc低脂牛奶及60g白色棉花糖比照步骤(1)加热拌匀后,再加入玫瑰粉拌匀

将杯模放正,再将玫瑰棉花糖奶液分装至杯模中,放凉后冷藏3小时定型即可(照片有点色差,这次的玫瑰奶酪比较偏紫色~)
