制作麻糬皮。将白玉粉(或糯米粉)和冷水、砂糖放进耐热玻璃盆里搅拌均匀。

微波加热两分钟。

取出搅拌。

再微波加热两分钟。

取出快速搅拌后、倒在舗太白粉的盘子上、撒上太白粉用保鲜膜覆蓋、用手将麻糬尽量压平。(小心烫)
