将虾子剥壳并洗净,再将虾仁一只只平铺在厨房纸巾上,吸除多余的水分.P.S 剥除掉的虾壳不要丢掉,可以拿来熬高汤会很鲜甜!!

将厨房纸巾卷成圆筒状,再轻轻的按压,可以把水分吸的更干,接着取出并将虾仁剖半并剔除肠泥...若是不想将虾子剖半,可以在虾背划一刀即可轻易的剔除肠泥.

猪肉馅料全部搅拌均匀就可以开始包囉^^

取一片馄饨皮放置在手上,挖一小匙的肉馅于中间,再将半尾的虾仁放在肉馅上,这样煮好之后,白里透红的虾仁会刚好呈现在上头.

将馄饨皮的三周 ( ㄇ字型) 沾上少许的水,再将另一面往上对折,就变成一个长方形的形状.

接着在右下角的地方也沾水,顺着弧度往下弯并捏紧.
