先将盐,砂糖,奶粉,蛋,水,干燥罗勒叶和橄榄油混合均匀

再加入所有高筋面粉及酵母用低速拌到没有粉后,改中速打到面团出筋,可以拉出一层薄膜

将面团取出,留一小块放旁边备用,机器转低速,分次加入小块面团与洋葱碎和少许黑胡椒,直到拌匀,取出滚圆,将预留的一小块面团擀成一张薄薄的圆形面皮,把洋葱面团包进去(此步骤目的是比较美观,故可略)

放入发酵箱至两倍大

发酵完成后 取出平均分成2等份,拍出空气滚圆松弛15分钟 杆平成长条状,折成3折再松弛15分 杆成长条状后卷起放入吐司模

最后在发至稍比模具高一些时表面涂上一层蛋液,送入烤箱 上火160下火190 15分钟 转边上火150下火180 15分 P.S 烤箱要先预热喔!!
