材料:全蛋一颗、全麦面包两片(个人喜好,可用白土司)、火腿、起司、炼乳

把蛋打散,把土司放进去,两面浸泡沾有蛋汁就可以。(提供另一方法:牛奶+蛋汁)

等土司沾蛋汁的时候,同时把火腿放上煎盘热,两面都要煎,煎干一点会有火腿香味出来

趁著煎火腿时,把沾好的第一片放上煎盘(煎盘上可涂奶油会更香,我省略了奶油)

因为间盘不够大,等火腿两面都煎热了,先拿起来放旁边。把第一片土司翻面,放入第二片土司(看得出来蛋汁不够)

土司翻面,确定蛋汁都有煎熟后,就可以挤上炼乳(纯粹是要消耗之前吃草莓买的炼乳)或洒上糖粉

这时候再把起司放上去

火腿也放上来在另一片上

等到起司有融化的感觉就可以上桌噜

两片合体,上桌,在淋一些些炼乳,切成方块方便实用。(因为我有用炼乳了,所以合体后,我就不再上方洒糖粉噜)
