煮一锅水(水量可多些,步骤5会再用上),水滚将三小块粉团放入煮至浮起(这就是粿粹),捞起再混入大粉团里,搓揉均匀,

将粉团用手扳适当的大小,搓揉成小圆球状,形成糯米丸子,

将步骤2的水再次煮滚,放入糯米丸子煮至丸子完全浮起,

将煮好的丸子捞起,马上放入冷开水里漂冷一下(30秒),可以增加Q弹度,捞起沥乾,
