揉至三光..手光.盆光.面团表面光滑.放入密闭的容器或是箱内.发酵到1倍大

取出橄平后卷起

分割成8等份.留一小份要作耳朵的面团

将面团内包入Nutella能多益榛果可可酱一大匙

作成包子.再黏上2个小面团作耳朵.取一小块面团加入竹碳粉揉匀.捏小小圆作眼睛

放入蒸笼.冷水开始蒸.大火滚后转中火蒸12~15分钟.熄火.锅盖勿开.闷3分钟后再开盖取出.就是可爱的熊包.....早餐蒸热吃.松软Q弹的外皮加上浓郁的Nutella能多益榛果可可酱.....一出炉我家两个小孩就嗑掉4颗
