起油锅炒香南瓜丝→加入少许水翻炒

南瓜丝倒入米将中一起搅拌完全均匀

蒸笼里水煮滚后→米浆钢盆放在热水中趁热搅拌米浆馅让米浆与馅平均受热至浓稠状转入白铁盆中

白铁盆舖上玻璃纸→米浆馅料到入白铁盆中→将米将模均匀

放入蒸笼里盖上锅盖
