薯饼从冷冻库取出稍微退冰后切成小丁

热锅直接放入培根丁拌炒至焦香油脂释出(如培根油脂较少可添加少许油或奶油)

放入马铃薯丁拌炒均匀…洒些胡椒粒

马铃薯丁软化…倒入牛奶拌匀

马铃薯可依个人喜好稍微压成泥,可留些薯丁增添口感喔!

取一烤皿放入一半的培根马铃薯,盖上一片起司片

将剩余的培根马铃薯放入,再放上ㄧ片起司片,表面舖上焗烤乳酪丝

放入小烤箱或以220°C烤约7分钟左右,烤至表面金黄色即可(食材都熟的烘烤上色就ok囉!)
