然后下中筋面粉,快速用木勺或胶刮搅拌,至没有白色面粉时,再放回炉上加热

不停搅拌成面团,看到锅底有一层薄膜后便离火。将面团放入另一个碗内,待凉三分钟

然后每次下一颗蛋,拌匀。面团会散开的,但只要不停搅拌,又会再成面糊

挤出圆形面糊,大小随意,用手指沾些水,把表面突起的部分抹平

放入烤箱200度,烤约20分钟,至金黄色即成,放在凉架上待凉

用电动打蛋器打发鲜奶油,出现泡沫时下糖,打发至末端尖挺
