装盛的盘子洒上适量的地瓜份置放塑形好的起司丸,才不会因部份出水而沾黏

备热油,将起司丸轻放入锅油炸,切勿先翻动,约1分钟后再翻动,期间可以牙签戳挤下,让内层更容易熟成

待表皮炸至金黄即可捞起沥油
