煮米糯米与水1:0.8~主妇这次用300克糯米(紫糯米泡水一晚、圆白糯米泡水一小时)~液体部分水200克酒40克共240克*酒的量可自行斟酌~只要液体量是米的0.8就行~放入饭锅煮熟即可

起一锅~下一大匙油~下黑糖与桂圆(先用米酒泡开切细)~
