轻食料理-鲜虾豆皮蔬菜冬粉汤的做法将虾子洗净加一点酒 盐稍做醃制5分钟备用。2颗蛋稍微打散就好加入一点香油.盐备用。葱切成葱花~姜片切丝~豆包也切成长条状或者丝~ 将水1000CC煮沸后,加入筊白笋丝.胡萝卜丝.豆包丝及姜丝用中小火煮至再次沸腾,加入虾仁&冬粉....冬粉软化即可加入调味料~适量的酱油(让香气及颜色加分~不须过多大约1大匙)~柴鱼粉及盐做调味~ 关小火加入蛋液.....盖上锅带闷煮2分钟即可完成~起锅前加入适量麻油及胡椒.葱花就可以了!
