准备伯爵茶包,我用的伯爵茶包是Organic Earl Grey in at Mighty Leaf , 味道超香醇的! 换用任何牌子的伯爵茶包都可以喔!(也可用各式茶叶粉、玫瑰花粉或干燥香草取代)

[茶包压模]: 因家中没有茶包饼干压模,利用等待时间,来用厚纸版剪型做茶包压模,约5公分×3.5公分的长方形.

可将厚纸版茶包压模放入透明袋,以方便做饼干用

30分钟后的伯爵茶包饼面团由冰箱取出,面团橄成0.5公分厚度

用小刀直接切割成约5公分×3.5公分的长方形.(也可很随意的用刀割出茶包型状即可.)

各将两边上端斜边切掉一点,完成伯爵茶包饼型

烤箱预热温度约340degrees °F =170 degrees °C, 预热约10分钟

约烤 10~15 分钟 (需注意每个烤箱温度不一, 故烘烤时间需视状况调整.各烤箱火力不同,要小心注意火力,因饼干很易焦黑的喔!)
