先将酱汁调料全部调匀,放凉备用,
2将蛋豆腐一份切成四块,拿纸巾吸干多余水份,
3取一炸锅先倒入沙拉油,预热~ 将擦干水份的豆腐,每块依序沾上玉米粉~蛋汁~柴鱼片,入油锅炸,
4将豆腐炸到表面金黄,转大火抢酥一下就可起锅,
5将沥干油的豆腐,摆入盘中,
6再将步骤1的酱汁淋在豆腐上,就完成囉~^^
