reasonablecostincurredbytheinsuredinsalvagingthegoodsor

lossesattributabletodischargeoftheinsuredgoodsataportof
distressfollowingaseaperilaswellasspecialchargesarisingfrom
loading,warehousingandforwardingofthegoodsatanintermediateport

untiltheinsuredgoodsaredeliveredtotheconsignee"sfinalwarehouse
orplaceofstorageatthedestinationnamedinthepolicyortoanyother
placeusedbytheinsuredforallocationordistributionofthegoodsor

shall,however,belimitedtosixty(60)daysaftercompletionof
dischargeoftheinsuredgoodsfromtheseagoingvesselatthefinalport
ofdischargebeforetheyreachtheabovementionedwarehouseorplaceof
(60)days,
theinsuredgoodsaretobeforwardedtoadestinationotherthanthat
namedinthepolicy,thisinsuranceshallterminateatthecommencementof
suchtransit.

arriveataportorplaceotherthanthatnamedinthepolicy,subjectto
immediatenoticebeinggiventothecompanybytheinsuredandan
additionalpremiumbeingpaid,ifrequired,thisinsuranceshallremainin
forceandshallterminateashereunder:

iftheinsuredgoodsaresoldatportorplacenotnamedinthe
policy,thisinsuranceshallterminateondeliveryofthegoodssold,but
innoeventshallthisinsuranceextendbeyondsixty(60)daysafter
completionofdischargeoftheinsuredgoodsfromthecarryingvesselat
suchportorplace.

iftheinsuredgoodsaretobeforwardedtothefinaldestination
namedinthepolicyoranyotherdestination,thisinsuranceshall
terminateinaccordancewithsection1above.

itisthedutyoftheinsuredtoattendtoallmattersasspecified
hereunder,failingwhichthecompanyreservestherighttorejecthis
claimforanylossifandwhensuchfailureprejudicetherightsofthe
company:

eventofanydamagetothegoods,theinsuredshallimmediatelyapplyfor
surveytothesurveyand/
theinsuredgoodsarefoundshortinentirepackageorpackagesortoshow
apparenttracesofdamage,theinsuredshallobtainfromthecarrier,
baileeorotherrelevantauthorities(customsandportauthoritiesetc.)
certificateoflossordamageand/,
baileeortheotherrelevantauthoritiesberesponsibleforsuchshortage
ordamage,theinsuredshalllodgeaclaimwiththeminwritingand,if
necessary,obtaintheirconfirmationofanextensionofthetimelimitof
validityofsuchclaim.

thetimeofvalidityofaclaimunderthisinsuranceshallnotexceed
aperiodoftwoyearscountingfromthetimeofcompletionofdischargeof
